K | ZOOLOGY

Discovering the animal world and learning about the wide range of organisms which we share our planet with. Students will get the opportunity to meet and learn about a range of familiar and less well-known species. A key objective of this class is to help students develop an appreciation and passion for all animal life. We will explore the animal kingdom in person and through a range of hands-on creativity activities, this class focussed on engaging with animals in as far away as possible.

CLASS INCLUDES

  • Learning about the wide range of animal groups
  • Hands-on learning. Meeting small, harmless animals and learning about what makes them special.
  • Arts and crafts. Creating artworks to represent different adaptations of animal life
  • Ecology skills. Learning how scientists observe and study animals. Your child will be able to get involved with their very own study and observe animals in the wild.
