K | Pregnancy Fitness at Kensington Learning Space is our first class dedicated to the Mums to be within our community! Our experienced qualified coaches will focus on developing the well-being and fitness needed for a healthy pregnancy and birth. Exercise within Aquatics is low impact and helps to maintain flexibility, enhance stamina and strengthen the body with minimal risk of injury. 

To join this session you do not need to know how to swim. Aqua fitness is known to be the safest form of exercise for pregnant Mums to be.
