Through stories, games, art, and hands-on projects, children become little geographers — exploring our amazing planet and the people who share it. They’ll journey across continents, discover different cultures and habitats, and learn how communities and environments connect.
This class nurtures empathy, curiosity, and social awareness while building confidence, cooperation, and creativity. Young learners will leave each session inspired to see themselves as part of a wide, diverse, and interconnected world.
CLASS INCLUDES
- Cultural Story Circles: Listen to stories from different countries and cultures, then act out or illustrate the tales. Focus on empathy, understanding different perspectives, and celebrating diversity.
- Map & Explorer Games: Using maps, globes, or creative floor maps, children “travel” to different countries or habitats, learning fun facts about animals, food, or traditions.
- Kindness & Community Missions: Children design and carry out small “missions” to show kindness or help others — e.g., making a card for a neighbour, a tiny recycled garden for the classroom, or a group art project celebrating friendship. Emphasises teamwork, empathy, and responsible citizenship.
