K | AQUA FITNESS (FOR ADULTS)

K | Aqua Fitness is the perfect workout for the adults in our community! It will support varying fitness levels and keeping active. This social session will support balance, agility and endurance. Our trained experienced coaches will encourage you to get moving whilst listening to motivational music! What is great about this session is that it doesn’t feel like a workout! It’s fun and you will not overheat, the water will naturally cool you down. All fitness levels can join this session and no previous swimming skill is required.
